May 17, 2009 Good afternoon Pastor Dennis, Just a note to say how much I enjoy hearing you teach through 1 Peter as I've never heard it taught by any Pastor in the way you've been explaining the letter and the history behind it. In fact, you are the only Pastor I've heard who truly teaches about our living in the dispensation of God's grace and the importance of studying the Bible rightly divided. I know there are other grace Pastors (i.e. those who contribute teachings to the monthly Amazing Grace publication ), but I've not heard any audio messages from them except for Pastor Paul Sadler (www.bereanbiblesociety.org ). The ones being heard each day on our local Christian radio station (www.wcif.com ) do not mention the mystery, right division or the unsearchable riches of Christ and that really bothers me after hearing and reading what our Heavenly Father has enlightened the eyes of your heart to teach. What a joy it is to hear such truth and I pray this year will be filled with much encouragement for you as well as your family and those who are associated with Grace For Today in addition to Grace Bible Church. In light of that, would you please send 3 copies of the Philippians and 1 Peter booklets in addition to a copy of the Partner's Newsletter? I really like what you've recommended about personal Bible study (a 30 day reading of each book being studied) and would ask if you would consider preparing a printed document about that subject for sharing purposes as such a document would certainly be a wonderful addition to my "Seeds of Truth" mailings. I look forward to hearing today's On-line radio message whenever it is posted on the website. A Custom CD is in the works for 1 Peter study and I will send it to Ava Warner after the series is completed. Should you and your wife ever come to Florida, please look me up as I would very much like to have some fellowship and prayer time with you. Taking you out for a meal would indeed be a treat for me.
