| The Metropolitan Corporate Academy is
located about a mile and a half from the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan
Bridge, the Brooklyn Queens Expressway - BQE, and the Gowanus Expressway.
From the Brooklyn Bridge: (From Manhattan & the FDR drive via the Brooklyn Bridge)
Continue straight off the Brooklyn
Bridge on Adams Street (Brooklyn Bridge Blvd.). Continue to Schemerhorn
Street. Turn left onto Schermerhorn Street. Go 0.6 miles to Third Avenue
and make a right. The Academy is the only building on the left, occupying
the corners of Schemerhorn Street, State Street and & Third Avenue. The
entrance is on State Street.
From the Manhattan Bridge: (From Manhattan & Canal Street (Holland Tunnel) via the Manhattan Bridge)
Go straight off the Manhattan Bridge
on Flatbush Ave. about 1.4 miles. Make a right on Third Ave. (There's a
big "PARK" sign at that corner) and go about a block on Third Avenue to
State Street. The entrance for the Academy is on the corner of State
Street & Third Avenue.
From Long Island or Queens: (Take the BQE to the LIE)
Take the BQE to Exit 29 - Tilliary
Street. Take Tillary a short ways to Flatbush Avenue. Make a left onto
Flatbush and go about a mile. Turn right on Third Ave. (There's a big
"PARK" sign on the corner). Go about a block to State Street. The
entrance for the Academy is on the corner of State Street & Third
Avenue.
From Staten Island & New Jersey: ( From the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Belt Parkway and Gowanus Expressway)
Exit the Gowanus at Atlantic
Avenue. Go straight on Atlantic to Smith Street. Take Smith Street
one block to State Street. Make a right on State Street and continue
to Third Avenue. The entrance for the Academy is on the left side at
the corner of State Street & Third Avenue.
